Students at Seth Haley made Christmas cards for patients at the VA Hospital! On December 22nd, school social worker Jamene Farrell delivered the 789 cards to an administrator at the hospital, and he arranged for their distribution to the patients. Jamene started this project 10 years ago and every year, the students have eagerly participated.

In today’s Then & Now #TBT post, we feature Taylor Besciglia, a 2nd grade teacher at Savin Rock Elementary School! Taylor attended preschool at Mackrille, went to Seth Haley from 2003-2006, and after moving around a bit, moved back to West Haven in 2014 to finish high school at WHHS, where she graduated in 2015! The West Haven High School Theatre Workshop performed its Children’s Theatre Show, “A Little Town of Christmas” for all of our 4th graders in the district on both Wednesday and Thursday of this week!
